Four years since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has declared that Ukraine has defended its independence and that Russian President Vladimir Putin has not achieved his goals for the war.
In a special address marking the anniversary, Zelenskyy reflected on the early days of the invasion, when Russia hoped to take control of Ukraine in just three days.
