International Students Seeking Work: Navigating the Job Market

Explore the challenges and strategies for international students looking to find employment opportunities after graduation in a competitive job market.
As the world becomes increasingly globalized, the number of international students seeking educational opportunities abroad continues to rise. However, upon graduation, many of these students face the daunting task of navigating the employment market in a foreign country. International students often encounter unique challenges, from securing visas and work permits to overcoming language and cultural barriers, all while competing with local job candidates.
To better understand the experiences of international students seeking employment, we conducted a series of interviews with students and recent graduates from around the world. Our findings shed light on the struggles they face, as well as the strategies they employ to increase their chances of success.
