Southampton, UK - Our rapidly expanding office in Southampton is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Lead to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workplace safety and compliance, helping to create a secure, productive environment for our hardworking staff.
As the Health and Safety Lead, you will develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, conduct regular audits and inspections, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry regulations. You will also provide training to employees, investigate any incidents, and serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with UK health and safety laws, as well as experience in an office setting, is highly desirable.

Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
