Digital Rights Org EFF Quits X Platform Amid Plummeting Engagement

The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a leading digital privacy non-profit, is exiting the X platform after a sharp decline in views and engagement over the past several years.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), a prominent digital rights organization, has announced that it will no longer be posting on the X platform as of Thursday. This decision comes largely due to a significant drop in views and engagement on the platform over the past several years.
In a blog post announcing the departure, EFF's social media and video manager Kenyatta Thomas explained that the non-profit used to receive 50 to 100 million impressions per month on X, but that has now changed dramatically.
