Laura Dern, the acclaimed actress known for her work in acclaimed films like Jurassic Park and Marriage Story, has been tapped to star in a new limited series exploring the shocking Jeffrey Epstein scandal. The series, executive produced by Adam McKay, will be based on the bestselling book "Perversion of Injustice: The Jeffrey Epstein story" by investigative journalist Julie K. Brown.
Dern will portray Brown, the Miami Herald reporter whose dogged investigation helped expose Epstein's web of abuse and corruption. The series will offer a gripping, first-hand account of Brown's crusade to bring the late, disgraced financier to justice when no one else would.
